Scott Bruce is a leadership and career development strategist, executive coach, and founder of HiPo People. With a blend of real-world leadership experience, graduate-level research, and a deep commitment to human potential, Scott helps professionals build the clarity, emotional intelligence, and strategic confidence needed to grow into stronger, more effective leaders.
